Do you accept insurance?
Prime Care VIP is a membership-based concierge medical service and does not bill or accept traditional insurance. This allows our providers to offer longer, more personalized visits without the constraints of insurance networks or red tape. However, depending on your plan, you may be able to use your HSA, FSA, or submit for out-of-network reimbursement. We’re happy to provide any documentation needed to support that process.
How do I prepare my child and our home for the visit?
Find a well-lit, clean space; have your child’s medical records, insurance/HSA info, and any medications ready; ensure a quiet environment to minimize distractions.
Can you administer vaccines and other treatments at home?
Yes. We can give standard pediatric immunizations and common in-office procedures like ear checks, throat swabs, and minor wound care.
What areas do you serve, and how far in advance should I schedule?
We serve South Florida, Orlando and nearby communities. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead, though urgent visits may be accommodated based on provider availability.
