Jarrod Frydman, D.O. brings 24 years of experience and exceptional expertise to our mobile primary care model. A graduate of the University of Florida and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Frydman completed his residency at Broward Health Medical Center and now also serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, mentoring future physicians. He resides in Boca Raton with his wife, Meredith, and their two children, Corey and Hannah, and enjoys fitness, surfing, and traveling with family and friends in his free time.

Do you accept insurance?

Prime Care VIP is a membership-based service and does not bill or accept traditional insurance. This frees us from network restrictions, allowing our providers to spend more time with you, offer same- or next-day visits, and deliver highly personalized care. 

Many members use HSA or FSA funds to cover costs, and some insurance plans allow for out-of-network reimbursement — we’re happy to provide the documentation you need. 

By skipping the insurance middleman, we stay focused on what really matters: your health, your time, and your family’s long-term well-being.

Yes. We treat all ages — from newborns to grandparents — and tailor care to each stage of life.

 

Yes. Our team can perform many services during visits and coordinate what needs to be done externally.

 

We proudly serve families in your area with same-day or next-day availability for most visits.

Our care team acts as your first point of contact and trusted partner. If you need specialty care — whether that’s cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, or another field — we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll:

  • Provide a referral to a trusted local specialist in your community

  • Share your medical history and visit notes (with your consent) so you don’t have to repeat yourself

  • Coordinate appointments, lab work, or imaging if needed

  • Stay in touch with the specialist to ensure your care plan is seamless and nothing gets overlooked

You’re never navigating the healthcare system alone — we remain your primary care home base, even when other providers are involved.
