Our members are not required to sign a long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation.

0-26 years old, must have at least one adult membership to qualify.

Routine vaccines are not included.

Each additional child $99/month

One-Time Visits for Non-Members

$300 – In-home sick/check-up visit (labs/tests/blood draw not included)
$400 – Hotel Visits for out-of-town patients (labs/tests/blood draw not included)
$200 – Telemedicine consult
