In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to PrimeCare VIP, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from PrimeCare VIP, you consent to receive SMS/text messages for the following purposes:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Care coordination and follow-up communications
• Service updates and informational messages
• Responses to your inquiries

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
